1. Return Period
StandCraft France offers a 30-day return period for all phone and tablet stands purchased directly from us. The return period begins from the date you receive your product(s).
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be in original condition with all packaging materials
- All accessories and documentation must be included
- Product must not show signs of damage or excessive wear
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
- Products without original packaging or documentation
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Custom-engraved or personalized stands
4. How to Initiate a Return
To return a product, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return instructions and a prepaid return label
- Package the item securely in original packaging

5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 business days)
6. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Items with signs of use or minor damage
- Missing accessories or packaging components
- Products returned after 30 days (at our discretion)
- Items that don't meet return condition requirements
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping cost policies for returns:
- We provide free return shipping for defective products
- Customer preference returns: we provide prepaid return label
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Express shipping charges are non-refundable
8. Exchanges
StandCraft France accepts exchanges for:
- Size or color variations (subject to availability)
- Defective products for identical replacements
- Wrong item shipped (our error)
Exchange requests must be made within the same 30-day return period.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for immediate replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
9. Warranty Claims
All StandCraft products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material failures under normal use
- Structural integrity issues
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
10. International Returns (Within EU)
For customers in other EU countries:
- Same 30-day return policy applies
- Return shipping may take additional time
- Customs duties are customer's responsibility
